I have a small business and often feel overwhelmed with orders and clients. Is there a tool that can help me reduce the time spent on routine tasks?      

Sometimes it seems that I don’t manage the business, and it doesn’t manage me – if there was a tool that would take over all the routine and free up my time for development, I would sign up without looking!
