i have started designing the ANT break out board using this reference design and i like to know can i interface this broad to an android phone(i.e. can i receive the data from that board to my android phone).

You can use ANT to send data between your phone and PC.

I suggest you start with using the ANT+ Simulators available in the ANT+ Adopter Zone. This will get your familiar with how ANT+ works, before you jump right into the phone stuff.

I also suggest take a look at these posts:

They will give you a good starting point for what you want to do.

i have one more question i am using MSP430 launchpad and want to send data on to the PC can i use the CC2571 board design given above and ANT dongle to do so... please reply

you were able to transmit from the card to usb?
