What is it that prevents me from loading new versions of programs for trial into SensRcore? I get a message that says "Existing Configuration" and then at some point my Notepad file is erased.      

Are you erasing the NVM in between loading scripts? There is limited NVM space in the AT3, so it is possible that you may be overrunning it.
