Any idea of when is the Environment Sensor (Temperature) Device Profile going to be released?

Also are there any ANT+ commercial-of-the-shelf temperature measurement options out there?

Regarding your first question lbarajas, the Environment profile was released in August 2012, and is available to download now - you just need to be logged in as an ANT+ Adopter to get it.

It is in the Adopter Zone under device profiles now: http://www.thisisant.com/pages/ant/ant-device-profiles

or, when the new thisisant launches, it will be in the downloads area on the documents tab.
