I am wondering, if a small battery-powered ANT+ receiver device - not being a phone - exist?
All I want, is to receive data and send them to a PC via a cable to proces them.

If you want a device connected to the PC why not use for example an ANTUSB-m stick?

I want to record a session on a bike, and when I get home, transfer the data to the PC.
But I don't want a big phone, or an expensive watch with me. Just a Little device that is capable of receiving the data from Heart Rate Monitor etc.      

Well, you could use a small phone (e.g. a small Sony) or an inexpensive ANT+ capable watch
