Hi,
In a my personal application could I read in Continuous Scanning Mode some differents sensors like Heart Rate Monitor and PODS in the same time or is not possible?
If is not possibile could I open 2 differents channels with differents setting to scan differents sensors in continuous scaning mode?      

As long as your sensors are transmitting on the same RF channel and Network Key such as 2457 MHz and the ANT+ Network Key, then your continuous scan mode will be able to see all of the data concurrently.

Reading ANT+ Device Profile seems that is possibile to read the Heart Rate Monitor and Stride Based Speed and Distance Monitor at the same time with same frequency and ANT+ Network Key. Correct?
     

Yes, you will be able to read from any ANT+ sensor concurrently using continuous scan mode.
