Is there a way to use frequency agility with AT3 ANT RF board,
because according to ANT docs, this functionality is available
for AP2

Hi moha,

AT3 does not support frequency agility, but newer chipsets such as the C7 and the AP2 do.

However, you can find an example of an application level implementation of frequency agility reading the "AN10 ANT Frequency Agility" application note found here.
