Do I have any option(s) to setup the master's anchor point at specific time: i.e. I want first master's transmission to be let say for example 5 ms after the first ANT_SendBroadcastData() or any other way that could be controlled from the hosts software?

No, this is not possible. The master will begin transmitting when you open the channel (with a small delay pending on available resources).
