Using the ANTAP2DK1 developer kit, is it possible to build a small network with three nodes, where there is one master transmitting data from a sensor, one relay, and one PC with an USB stick receiving the data from the sensor through the relay?      

Yes,this should be possible.

You will need an external microcontroller to do the relay - there is sample code in the embedded reference designs here

You could use a SensRcore node to do the master, or you could use an external microcontroller, depending on your application.

You will need to make sure that your channel parameters are configured correctly for the communication to work. Before you start on this, you may want to use USB sticks and ANTware to get more familiar with ANT channel configuration.
