could anyone confirm that these kind of chip
https://www.sparkfun.com/products/691
do Not support ANT+ protocol?

Are these NRF24AP2 http://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/ANT
the only solution we have to embed anything?

Speaking of which, i am not able to find any (what we call in the embedded world, "breakout board" ) for the AP2 series.
If we have to buy the NRF24AP2 ONLY, could you confirm it is possible to interact with it, without any other component needed? only MCU <-> NRF24AP2

That is correct, you will not be able to use ANT with the component you linked to.

You can find a list of components that include support for the ANT protocol here
http://www.thisisant.com/developer/components/

Please refer to the datasheets of the particular modules for interconnect requirements.

I really have trouble to find ANT+ RF transceiver on the internet,
my general retailers are sparkfun - farnell but they do not have any ..
Could you give me some online store selling chips like NRF24AP2 on an integrated circuit ( breakout board ) so that it is "ready to use" ?

the only one i came up with is "mouser.com" selling the ant+ developpement kit at 500€ which is clearly too expensive for me sorry ^^

At the moment I think your best bet would be to interface to an ANT module if you would like to stay low cost.
I like using Octoparts to search multiple online distributors, I've linked a search, Digikey and NuHo have stock on the 8-Ch module in tray in single unit size right now.

The kit gives you access to modules with connectors pre-attached, USB/serial interface boards, and some direct support over the phone/e-mail.
