Hi,
for my personal project I need to know if... when I install ANT+ USB Stick drivers under Windows OS I will get an extra COMxx port on my system or not.
If not, can I install some kind of program or driver to obtain a virtual (emulated) COMxx port for my ANT+ USB Stick?

No, the drivers do not provide virtual com port emulation.
     

Besides, why would you need a COM port emulation for the ANT USB stick?
The stick understands a given and well-defined set of commands, and the driver + ANT.dll which sits above it handle these commands and let you use them.
