Can you modify AntPlusHeartRatePcc.requestAccess search dialog UI when you search for devices? If yes, how?

No, you can't modify the UI search methods. However, if you want to create your own UI, I suggest using MultiDeviceSearch and then feeding the results to your custom UI. The default requestAccess UI is intended for convenience and fast prototyping.
