Hi there,

Does the choice of serial interface mode depend on the ANT+ profile, or it is an independent choice for the SPI,USART and UART port.
Which on is better or there are other characteristics for ?!

it is independent choice. I suggest you use asynchronous USART mode because the message from ant -> host is usually huge number,it isn't controlled when using usart,so it should not be blocked. when i use SPI,the AP2 is choked in many times.
