After successfully installing all the drivers and tools for the N5 Starter Kit, it all was working great until I got to the step in the tutorial instructing me to attach the Segger J-Link LITE to program some different demo firmware into the device. The J-Link LITE fails to be recognized under Windows 8.1 -- the LED on the J-Link LITE goes solid green for a second or so, then resumes flashing green. I have read this means it was not recognized by Windows. If I look in the Device Manager under the USB devices, no Segger products appear.
I would have posted this question on the Segger forum, but apparently, having a J-Link LITE does not qualify you to be able to post questions on their forum. :-( I searched their forum for solutions to this issue and found nothing.
If anyone here has had success getting the Segger J-Link LITE working under Windows 8.1, could you please post a reply?
Thanks!
