I have a Samsung J7 and have to enable bluetooth to use Ant+. Is it right?

I have used Ant+ Tester app to check.

When the bluetooth is off it says "Built-in Service: No service" in red.

When the bluetooth is on it says "Built-in Service: AUMI.04B22" in green.      

Guys, it was my fault. There was an option about nearby device scanning unchecked. Sorry.

Ant+ is working properly now without the need to turn on bluetooth.
