SimulANT 2.3 lacks scripts for testing LEV devices. To incorporate them, I require LEV class definitions. I attempted to find them in the "SimulANT+ Scripting Interface.chm" file. However, upon opening the file, I can view the content, but every page I attempt to access appears blank.

I think you should check if the CHM file is blocked. Sometimes, CHM files downloaded from the internet are blocked by default due to security reasons. Right-click on the CHM file, go to "Properties," and check if there is an "Unblock" button. If so, click on it and then try opening the file again.
