Hi,
I see that we have now 2 different vendors for development kit

Nordic Semiconductors and Texas Instruments.

So can anyone please ( in case they have the information ) provide information on the difference between the 2 kits ?

Hi Pavan,

The obvious difference is that the ANT chips in the TI kit will be TI parts (CC257x chip family). Otherwise, they are mostly the same.

There are a couple of small differences. The current Nordic kit contains AT3 modules which will not be in the TI kit.

Instead of I/O boards (buttons + LEDs) the TI kit will have EEPROM boards which will allow for testing of the embedded ANT-FS feature on the TI parts.

This is all subject to change in future releases of the kits.

The Kit from Nordic does not contain any host micro-controller , does the TI kiet contain this ?      

No, I do not believe that the TI kit will come with any MCUs.
