The FitCSVTool appears to require message IDs in same case as in the Profile used with FITgen to generate the code. However, the generate C code does not seem to maintain the case.
That is correct. The CSV tool could be improved to ignore message id case. The message ids are not case sensitive because lower case with words delimited by underscore is converted to lower, upper or intercaps depending on the language convention.
