When calling AntInterface.disable() on the HTC Rhyme a notification is sent to the phone indicating the ant radio was disabled and asking the user if they also want to disable Bluetooth. This doesn't happen with the Xperia phones I have tested. Is there a way to turn off this notification? Or should I not be calling disable when I am done with ANT to save power?

The HTC Rhyme is a special case. The Bluetooth stack and hardware combination used on that phone requires that Bluetooth be enabled to use ANT. For this reason BT is turned on when you enabled ANT, and why the user is asked if they would like to turn BT back off again once ANT is disabled.

You should not be using enable/disable without an explicit user request to turn on/off ANT.
