Hello,

I have ANT USB1 stick, and I'm trying to make it work with Android emulator.
I'm proficient with ANT protocol (microcontroller to ANT module level), but I'm beginner with ANT on Android.

In emulator bridge software, after choosing USB0 from the list, and clicking on 'Connect to USB' button, I get message 'Connecting ANT device failed'. Tray icon says: 'ANTLibrary exception: retrieving device capabilities failed, probably connecting at wrong baudrate' and 'Unable to initialize USB:0 at Baud:57600, probably device not present or already in use, or drivers not installed'.

Drivers seem to be installed properly. I also tested on several other computers, same happens.

On the other hand, stick works fine with ANTWare software.

Am I doing something wrong?
Does anyone have idea what is the problem and how to make it work?

Thanks.

Hi Milky,

Sorry, currently only the USB2 sticks are supported as they have similar functionality to the built in chips in the Android phones. USB1 support may be added in the future, but there are a number of things that need to change which may have an impact on the way applications run.

Hi Martin,

Thanks for your answer. I just tried to startup as soon as possible with resources at hand, until I get ANT enabled phone.
