I'm looking for a developer who has a desktop client that will receive and record data from cycling power devices in real time.
If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

It seems one of the members of the ANT+ Alliance is working on a software like this

They added this feature in their latest release. Free, open source.
