I was reading up on Android's new DOZE feature

When I looked at the Android 'battery optimizations' settings on the phone, I noticed that the *ANT Radio Service* and *ANT+ Plugins Service* are 'on the list' to be optimized by Android.
I have an app that can record long workouts while the screen is off. Is this something I need to worry about? Can Android's DOZE feature interferer with the ANT+ connections?
