Hi,
I am new at ANT . I have ANTAP2DK1 Development Kit available with me. Can some help me with what else do i need and how can i start working ANT protocol ?

I would recommend that you begin by reading about ANT and what it can do.

After some reading, I would probably start by installing the ANTware program. ANTware will let you connect to the USB sticks in your dev kit and set up transmitters and receivers.
