Recently started working on a platform to track construction shift schedules. It's actually a super useful tool — so foremen can mark who showed up, who was late, who did overtime, and management can see everything in real time. I wanted it to have personal accounts, reports, Excel export, and work smoothly on mobile too. No way I could build that alone, so I went to the
customer software development guys. As you can imagine, had to get creative along the way. And really — couldn’t the boss allocate a proper budget from the start? We’re not playing around here, we’re solving real work problems.
