does anyone know why I can't find ANT+ Dropper Seat Post Device Profile in Android Ant+ SDK?
Or do you know how I can implement this device profile?

You'll probably need to utilize a bespoke solution as the Android ANT+ SDK does not have a standard ANT+ Dropper Seat Post Device Profile. This entails figuring out how the device communicates with the manufacturer or using unprocessed ANT channels.      

If the SDK does not support the Dropper Seat Post profile, you might need to implement it manually. Use the ANT+ Device Profile Specification to create custom messages Pizza Tower and data handling routines for your Android application.
