Hi everyone! I bought my Wisp van in December. I have now purchased a solar generator. It came with panels but they are rigid and I don't want to drill too much into the fiberglass roof. I want to install a flexible weather resistant panel and attach it to the roof.

My van only goes 80mph tops but I am worried about driving on the highway with the panel glued to the roof. I know people have done this successfully and I am wondering what kind of tape would work best for this project?      

A van requires equipment that is lightweight, reliable, and does not interfere with the road. I have a flexible solarmodule installed on my truck that works without interruption even after long trips. Thanks to the protection from water and dirt, I am confident in its durability even in rain or snow. The panel charges the battery successfully and does not create noise or vibration when driving.
