Is it possible with ANT to send real-time data, by means a total delay of less then 25ms? E.q. breast belt heart beat transmitter to Heart Rate Receiver (TTL pulse). And with the delay time I ment the time between the R peak (ECG QRS-complex) to the rising edge of the Heart Rate receiver outputted pulse.      

25 ms corresponds to a data frequency of 40Hz, which is within the limits of a single ANT channel, but real time applications of this nature tend to be challenging because there is more latency than just over the air - there is serial port latency, sensor latency, etc. There is also battery life considerations at high data rates.
