I would like to know if we can develop android apps which can have the ant+ radio service and the plugins.
From what I have leant you need to install ANT+ radio service and plugin and USB service then the app itself to make them work. The user needs to download 3 apps to make it work. Can we have them integrated all together as one app?      

You can not integrate these services into your application.

The ANT Radio Service and ANT+ Plugins plus the ANT USB Service are maintained by ANT+, allowing updates to be released independently from applications and Android version. Each service will also provide its functionality across any number of applications simultaneously.

Most phones with ANT+ support already have the ANT Radio Service installed, with newer devices like the Note 3 also including the ANT+ Plugins.
