Where can I download sample codes for implementing a device profile in java?      

We do not have any Java sample code available other than that intended specifically for Android.
The Android SDK includes a couple of demos - the Acquire Channels Demo is the recommended starting point for getting familiar with the Android ANT SDK. We do not have any sample code for Android that specifically implements a device profile, but once you are familiar with ANT channels and the messaging required to configure them, it is relatively straight forward to implement a profile from the corresponding ANT+ Device Profile document.      

Also, to clarify, access to the ANT+ Network key is not available in the Android ANT SDK. If you want to implement an ANT+ Device Profile that is not already implemented in the Android ANT+ SDK, please let us know so we can figure out the best solution for your particular scenario.
