We are using ANT SDK and building an APP to count the Strokes.

The TX and RX button is activated and we are able to open the channel. It times out without connecting to the device.

Is there something that we are missing?      

Summarizing the post from this thread:
* To see the Acquire Channels sample in action you require 2 phones.
* If you open an Rx channel without another device (phone) transmitting from a matching Tx channel, a connection can't be made so it will give up, close the channel and show "!:No Device Found".

If you are trying to connect to an existing ANT+ device, you should use the ANT+ SDK.

This problem is caused by network key you are using.
use public or AntFs network key to communicate with ANT API
