On the ANT side, all you have to do is enable RX Only Continuous Scanning Mode on the network key and RF channel you'd like to listen to. You'd have to do some hacking to interface the nRF5 with the ANT drivers through Nordic's USB interface though if you'd like to process the messages on PC...
