It's been a few weeks since I first posted and nothing.
Is there anyone monitoring this forum? Not sure where else to go with my questions about the issues I'm having here so I'm pretty much dead in the water.

We're sorry we haven't directly responded to the issue yet, but we haven't been able to reproduce it in-house and no one has provided us logs of when it occurs. Are you familiar enough with some of the tools to follow the instructions in the thread to generate logs? We'd really appreciate any help from the community to help address the issue.
