E.g. using SportTracks ( http://zonefivesoftware.com/sporttracks/ ) with Live Recording Plugin ( http://zonefivesoftware.com/sporttracks/plugins/?p=liverecording ).

Or use the ANT+ Display Simulator (see downloads)

At least if you want ANT+ data otherwise ANTware II can help you.
