My question is if it is possible to pair Miofuse which is ant+ with Suunto t4d which is ant. The idea is real time transfer of heart rate from Miofuse to Suunto t4d. T4d is an older Suunto product before Ambit.

Nope, only products which support ANT+ can connect to ANT+ devices. If I recall correctly, only the new Suunto Ambit devices support ANT+, though a quick peek in the directory can answer that question.
