How can the start time (or the time for any frame) be determined for a Garmin Virb XE MP4 Video from its associated FIT file?
I have found the a CameraEventMesg in the FIT file with CameraEventType of VideoStart (0) but the timestamp associated with this message doesn't make any sense. It seems too large to be an offset (approx 3 minutes) but is too small to be an absolute time.
