USB2_IQC_Test

I'm using the USB2_IQC_Test from this website to test our ANT product. USB2_IQC_Test is runned from the network instead of local. The test is running fine on a windows xp 32 bit system, but has a problem with "perform configuration" on our windows 7 64 bit systems.

We are following the provided guide to perform configuration wich tells the following:
1) disconnect any product using ANT.
2) press perform configuration
3) insert ANT product 1 (golden model 1) and press on "OK" in the message screen
4) insert ANT product 2 (golden model 2) etc

When at step 3 we get the error message as seen in the image provided in the appendix.

Are there known issues regarding this problem?

Hi Erik,
Have you tried to reinstall the driver of USB2?
It can be found from https://www.thisisant.com/developer/resources/downloads/
The package involves 32bit and 64bit system.

Hi Kebin,

I have reinstalled the drivers and it had no effect.
