A data channel is a data source, tied to a particular digital, AtoD or frequency input. An ANT channel is a communication channel between two or more nodes. A data channel can be associated to an ANT channel to be transmitted over the air; multiple data channels can be assigned to a single ANT channel and interleaved periodically.
